New BMW R F800 2012 EICMA Milan 2011

The BMW F 800 R was launched in May 2009. However, the small BMW roadster is subjected to a cosmetic facelift. The engine does not change: it is the parallel twin cylinder 4-valve water-cooled with a displacement of 798 cm3.

The engine always delivers its 87 hp at a speed of 8000 rev / min and a torque of 86 Nm at 6000 r / min. The front side panels have been redesigned. They serve at the same time and radiator covers are now painted in the color of the bike, as the front fender.

The sporty character of the bike is as basic stressed by the spring painted red handset back. The windscreen sport painted in the color of the bike and the flashing white, are now included in the standard equipment of the new F 800 R.
